Refund policy

We want you to love your Nakhra. If something's not right, we've got you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, items returned in a used or soiled condition will not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN Email us at support@nakhraclub.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Our team will share the next steps within 24–48 hours.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued to your bank account/UPI (details collected at the time of return approval).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size/colour is unavailable, we'll process a refund or store credit.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS Received something damaged, defective, or incorrect? Email us at support@nakhraclub.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your call.
