WHERE WE SHIP We currently ship across India.

PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

• Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹1499.
• A nominal shipping fee applies on orders below ₹1499 and on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (shown at checkout).

ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can track your Nakhra every step of the way.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) COD is available on eligible pin codes. A small COD handling fee may apply, shown at checkout.

DELAYS We're not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or events beyond our control — but we'll always help you track and resolve any issue.

INCORRECT ADDRESS Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
